So, I heard this is not the case anymore. Sorry guys, the circumstances proved to be a bitch for this event and the organizers. There’s some good news, though, but we’ll have to wait until tomorrow (August 26) to find out.
I did not lead you on. The text below WAS the case until only very VERY recently.

Are you ready for this?
Tickets for The August 30 “One Night Only – Eraserheads Reunion Concert” at the Fort Bonifacio Global City will ONLY be available to you for FREE if you satisfy all of the following:
- You are an adult smoker
- You sign up at marlboro.ph
- You submit a valid ID upon signing up.
Here’s what hasn’t been written anywhere yet in the event that you do sign up at marlboro.ph. You are expected to only upload a CLEAR SNAPSHOT/PHOTO of either of the following VALID IDs when registering (because, yeah, at one time during the sign-up, you will be asked to upload something):
- GSIS ID (with photo)
- SSS ID (with photo)
- Passport (of course, with photo)
- Driver’s License (with photo)
- PRC License (valid with photo)
It is important that you submit a CLEAR snapshot/picture of your Valid ID (with an indication of the owner’s DATE OF BIRTH to ensure that you are an adult) so chances of your application being rejected is reduced to NIL. If you take a VGA photo of that, goodluck! LOL
Note that you will receive more than an email confirmation to prompt you that your application is being processed. When I say “more than,” maybe expect a phone call so make sure you provide the correct mobile/contact numbers on the appropriate/required field.
As already disclosed elsewhere before, around 35,000 tickets will be made available so there’s enough for virtually everyone. Validation of all submitted info are done tediously/painstakingly/manually by real live people so it may take a bit for you to receive feedback.
NO, you DO NOT need to collect packs of cigarettes and exchange them for tickets. NO, it is NOT open to the general public it being a “by invitation only” event. And NO, you do not have to start smoking! DON’T BE SILLY, YOU’RE NOT THAT DESPERATE! You would rather be listening to their CDs because they’d sound better there, anyway (remember their gigs in the past? Did they ever sound good? There you go).
Lastly, remember that photo of an Eraserheads Reunion Concert ticket on mulitply that we’ve seen a few weeks back? THAT’S FAKE, as verified. Sheesh, the lengths people would do to get attention.
You heard this juicy bit here FIRST! Now be good boys and girls and spread the news like wildfire. If you want to question my source, let’s just say it’s reliable. I mean, come on. Fritz = Rockstar. Gimme a break!

See where you can call them up at this page https://www.marlboro.ph/ACS/ContactUs.aspx and ask how you can send them your photo. I understand they accept faxed IDs.

WHY CAN’T YOU PLEOPE WRITE NORMALLY ON THE WEB FOR CRYIN’ OUT LOUD?! TEXTESE? SERIOUSLY?! Anyway, may I suggest that you call them up and maybe they can present to you a solution, which I doubt since there are also about 35k people out there who have valid IDs and who are just as eager. Lemme clarify that I’m not in any way connected with the organizers. I wrote this post to clarify things with what I have recently myself found out. The people who are in best position to answer you are at the other end of the phone numbers written here https://www.marlboro.ph/ACS/ContactUs.aspx. As far as I know, it is of prime importance to them that they see your birthdate written on the valid ID to establish that you are indeed an adult. Since a PRC license may not be issued to minors, a PRC ID issued to you would necessarily mean your age is qualified. Inquire with them whether or not they will accept an expired PRC ID because, as I’ve already mentioned, I am not in any way connected with PM nor the event organizers.

hi, is the concert be held in CCP or The Fort? ahm i was blocked upon registering because i tried it twice without finishing it then they gave me a hotline number to call and clear my name on marlboro website pero wala namang sumasagot sa linya. ive been calling for a week now pero wala pa rin. yung kuya ko wala namang natatanggap na email/text. yung concert hindi maintindihan kung tuloy ba aor ano ba talaga. napakamisteryoso kase. mabuti pa sana ngbenta na alng sila ng tickets nang mas madali yung buhay natin!

With what I’ve gathered and from what I already mentioned, the event is going to be at The Fort. Let me AGAIN reiterate that: I’m not with in any way connected with the organizers. I wrote this post just to share the right info to readers. The people who can best answer you are at the other end of the phone numbers written here https://www.marlboro.ph/ACS/ContactUs.aspx. Like you, I’m only waiting for further developments regarding the concert. And, no, if they sold the tickets, knowing how much each EHead got as TF in order to perform together, I don’t think it will make your life easier as it will cost more than what we all can normally afford. Good luck on contacting them, it’s your only glimmer of hope, so far, AFAIK.

Ei, Fritzie (it’s me…ur Loose-Your-Breath buddy!) I am so impressed by how you clearly blogged the info. I wanted to do the same thing myself but knowing my situation…
I, too is as frustrated as you are answering some “GET-SOME-BRAIN” questions…My message for those who until now are getting nuts finding answers to their questions not discussed in this blog, please call the organizer’s office (search the number, i’m sure it’s published somewhere…be resourceful!)…Allow me to stress some points further, my friend…
peeps, according to Fritz’s & myself’s very credible source the “concert” is not a public function but otherwise a PRIVATE EVENT wherein e-heads will be performing to entertain their guests that is why the “ticket” which is a PERSONALIZED INVITATION is FREE and non-transferable. To get one is to meet all the above-mentioned criterias and more…entiendes?…and they confirmed THERE IS NO TICKET/INVITE BEING RELEASED YET so whoever say they got tickets already, it’s no longer April to get fooled folks!; obviously, getting it is not as easy as buying one for an normal concert…so GOOD LUCK TO US ALL!

aaaarrrrrgggghhhh! i waited for more than 2 weeks for the confirmation but i didn’t get any.. so i called the marlboro hotline yesterday only to find out that they didn’t accept my id.. i thought they only need like a proof of the date of birth so i had my voter’s id scanned (and even faxed!).. the rep i spoke with said they only accept GSIS, SSS, PRC, TIN, Passport, or driver’s license which unfortunately i do NOT have!!! it’s so frustrating! it’s been several months since i applied for the SSS ID and i haven’t received it yet.. i don’t have a passport either.. and for God’s sake i don’t even drive so how in the world can i get a driver’s license?! i only have my voter’s id, company id, nbi and police clearance, birth cert… waaaahhhhh! can’t they accept such docus instead?! it’s valid anyway…

Sir I have a question, what if you don’t have any valid ID? pero may kakilala ka na meron pero di naman sya interesado tapos sya yung mag reregister at pag nakakuha sya ng tix, pwede bang ako yung gumamit nung ticket nya instead na sya? parang ginamit lang sya to get a ticket. o may confirmation ba talaga sa tix na dapat yung nag register din yung mismong gagamit ng tix? thanks.

Voter’s ID has your photo, right? Only adults can vote so I think you have to try calling them up again an explain that by this virtue, maybe they can take this as proof of your age. I have no authority over their rules nor do I have a say at how they filter applications. Good luck on the application!

LOL that’s cheating! I think they can validate the identity of the original person who applied. I THINK. Then again, I could be wrong. It’s up to you if you want to take the risk of being denied entrance at the gate of the event.

will the concert really push through? only 7 days away from the said date but we don’t have real details yet.. no news on tv as well.. darn that marlboro registration thing, i don’t know why they won’t accept other valid IDs.. a former colleague told me she’s been registered to red list a long time but until now she can’t see any updates on the concert.. i hope this pushes through.. i filed a one-day leave from work just for this!
