“so, what happened to updates on fish? I hear there are two new fish. Knifefish and Pretzel fish! Does the fishing hat effect catching rare fish in the game?”

OK, so I was slacking off a bit on the update. Can’t blame me, though. There weren’t so many things going on in PS’ fishing scene, what with only two new fish last week and one this week. *pfffft* Big time bummer! But since darren so kindly asked, I will indulge him with not only an answer, but a video so all you cool cats who frequent this site for my Pet Society fishing updates can judge for yourself whether or not the Cash Shop’s Pro Fishing Gear collection (namely the Pro Fishing Hat from last week and this week’s Pro Fishing Glove) is worth buying. Each cost 10 CCs, take note.

During the first minute, I’ve demonstrated how SLOW it was to fish without gear. Pet Society claims that the Pro Fishing Hat will only make you catch fish which is true! The Pro Fishing Glove claims to make you fish faster. Also true, to an extent. It reeled in faster, that’s one, or is it just me?

Got my glove just last night and, to be honest, I felt sort of peeved at first because there was one time when I caught a fish after it struggled thrice even with the pet wearing the glove. THRICE! I call shenanigans! I want my money back! LOL kidding. Immediately after, however, I caught another with one splash. I guess you get two splashes on an average, yes?

For this week, as I’ve mentioned, there’s only one new fish: the Black Ghost Knifefish. As seen on the vid, I got one with a cheapo strawberry. The week prior, PlayFish gave us the Clown Knifefish (can be caught using just about anything) and the Pretzelfish (can only be caught using soft pretzel).

I hope you guys got your answer, especially darren. Oh, and I threw in a little concert at the end of the embedded vid so better keep tab on that. See you guys next week!

People had been asking what’s with me and Pet Society. They say I should be posting more photos and less of this game that makes me less of a rockstar and more of gay (f*ck you!).  I’ve been to different sites who also give updates on Pet Soc and all I can say is my entries show a POV of a person ACTUALLY playing the game and not of some git posing to be one. Also, I process my images and do my own vid (except for the sneak peek ones) if and when needed. There, just had to let that out of my chest :D
