Before anything, sorry for the lack of updates because I’ve gone on vacation, yay! In September, double yay! More of that in my next entries (with photos, to complete the sharing experience. God, I miss Bangkok already. I’ll be back soon, just you wait).
On to the more pressing issues. I’ve gone to Pet Society last night to find a couple of new items and fish in the pond since the last update (Friday). They are: Amberstone Bug (item), Rusted Anchor (item), and the Mosquiofish (fish). The one great thing about these is you can get them using just about any “cheap” bait like the Apple, Onion, Grapes, Strawberry, Cheese, Leek, etc.
There’s also news of some glow in the dark or Luminous breed which, great as PlayFish is, can only be caught when you use the Fish Biscuit bait which can be bought from, wait for it, the Cash Shop. #*&$_)*&@Q*&*Q#&! I wonder how and when the “common” us can get or hands on them great looking fishies if we are not to spend on some Cash Coins. Pet Society is getting more and more commercial, capitalizing on its players’ addiction/fondness of the game. It should just be fair that those of us who are not into spending cash for online games (ever) be given some good deals and I think everyone of you will agree. Thanks PlayFish for the full-screen mode and new wardrobe display function, though. Those are nifty!
A good commenter, Erin (thanks Erin!) shared with us a link to a vid with a sneak peek of the new items due out Monday (+8:00 GMT). I don’t know if I should be excited or what since some or most of these, I’m sure, will be available only by using Cash Coins, like the additional Maxi Room.

gyaaaah!!!i hate playfish cash!!!!!….i want that rare fishes but i dont have a cash…so i request to pet society not to put items that is being paid by playfish cash…its unfair to poor people who want to get that rare fishes….tnx….

I hear there is a Strawberry Shortcake fish that you can only catch with a Strawberry Shortcake from a Strawberry Shortcake tree. Is it true???

True. The Strawberry Shortcake Tree got released this week and its fruit, the Strawberry Shortcake, can get you the Strawberry Shortcake Fish. See my reply all typed out looked like a mouthful LOL

Yes, You can catch the Strawberry Shortcake fish with the Strawberry Shortcake. It also shows the fish in the Sept 14th sneek peak.
