Once received, you may never send it to anybody again. that's what some meant by "it cannot be gifted." If you are reliable or not. Sometimes, you may also just look out for other traders who want your stuff and who are willing to pay for what you want. Patience is often a key for this. If you are lucky, some will pay for more than what you bargained. Again, it takes a lot of trolling and monitoring. I hope you get your CCs soon.
