Lauren and I now have tickets for the September 15 (at 2PM) show of “Avenue Q” (The Musical) in Manila. See that red thing on the right? Tickitz! Orchestra seats baby, yeah! And facing the side of the stage where much of the “action” will take place!

Lorna and Weng Lopez, the tandem that from this point onward shall be referred to as “the Lopezes,” business partners and show buyers for the September 15 matinee, invited us last Thursday for a meet-and-greet over coffee. The Lopezes, both kindly and perky, animatedly shared some of the exciting things they have prepared solely for this particular show schedule (click here for the full detail in Lorna’s site).

For those who would want IN on the goings-on before, during the intermission, and after the show, you may want to “Follow” either or both Lauren and me on Twitter. We’ll give the buzz as it happens from the venue, much like what they do for big events like the MTV Music Video awards on Twitter. Don’t worry, we won’t spoil the show for you.

You guys are so lucky. I think I’m going to watch avenue q here in LA after my first exam but I could never afford orchestra seats..well I’ve seen the prices so I think I could afford it if I was in the Philippines. Hope the show is just as good as the original though I think it would be hard with the Garry Colman and stuff.

Aiza sings as Gary and she did good per one review I’ve read. And since I’ve been listening to the soundtrack all week, it would be hard not to compare.
